A mammoth shoot, spanning 8 weeks across the whole of Canada, the WBF team helped crew up the 6 separate film units that simultaneously moved across the country in Spring 2022. WBF drone operator, Kai White captured the series’ stunning scene setting aerials, whilst a team of WBF drivers made sure every PD, AP, medic and researcher was where they needed to be to make this extraordinary BBC global competition series.
We recognize that the filming took place throughout Canada, and respectfully acknowledge the relationship that the First Nations, Inuit and Métis across Canada have with the land all Canadians live on.
